Adecco Employment Services is currently recruiting
for a full-time permanent Warehouse Coordinator
job in Biggar, SK. Our client is the leading
manufacturer of above-ground steel storage tanks
which are used in every major industry including
oil, gas, mining, transportation, construction and
waste management.  

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years
working in logistics ideally within a
manufacturing environment. This position will be
Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00PM; overtime may
be required as needed.

Responsibilities for the Warehouse Coordinator Job
will include;
- Inspect and verify incoming goods against
invoices or other documents
- Organize and evaluate bids for products to be
shipped
- Maintain internal record-keeping system
- Determine method of shipment
- Organize loading and unloading of goods
- Organize the packing of goods to be shipped
- Prepare bills of lading, invoices and other
shipping documents
- Record shortages and reject damaged goods
- Route goods to appropriate storage areas
- Schedule transportation conveyances
- Schedule distribution of goods
- Supervise material handlers and helpers
- Organize the unpacking of goods received
- Affix identifying information and shipping
instructions on shipments

Qualifications for the Shipper / Receiver Job will
include;
- 5 plus years within a logistics role
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Self motivated with an ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
- Valid provincially certified forklift ticket for
Saskatchewan is desirable but not necessary
