Responsibilities include:
1. Developing and maintaining a positive work environment with a high level of accountability and commitment.
2. Improving communication between customers and staff by motivating, training and coaching employees.
3. Maintaining organization and productivity through respectful and authoritative delegation and follow-up.
4. Monitoring and meeting sales targets while driving exceptional customer service.
5. Being instrumental in creatively resolving customer concerns.
6. Assisting customers by determining their needs, maintaining accurate computer records, communicating technician recommendations and explaining warranty coverage.
