Brandt is continuing to grow and expand our business and we are looking for hard-working, creative individuals to join our sales and marketing team. We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant for our Regina location.
Duties/Responsibilities:
-Project manage all marketing communication initiatives
-Work closely with Sales Managers and internal marketing communications group to determine marketing communication plans
-Maintain annual marketing calendars
-Creating, organizing, managing support and participating in the process for marketing materials including photography and video creation
-Provide support for Trade shows
-Event planning customer events, employee events
-Creating, maintaining, and presentation of reports
-Create/prepare meeting presentations
-Sales and Marketing communications, announcements
-Coordinate customer and supplier visits and factory tours
-Manage promotional merchandise
-Book meetings and organize travel
-Maintain confidential files
-Handle Receptionist duties for the Sales & Marketing office
Qualifications/Requirements:
-Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
-High level computer skills specifically Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
-Experience working in a fast paced, sales and marketing office
-Continuous Improvement mindset
-Office Education Certificate or relevant experience
