Regina Eastview Daycare (REVD) is a non-profit daycare currently looking for an individual to cover a maternity leave for a 6-12 months Executive Director position. The Director will assist the Board of Directors with the daily operations of REVD. The director will be responsible for the management and administration of the Centre, ensuring quality care for the centers children, supporting the programming philosophy of REVD, and abiding by the Saskatchewans Child care Regulations.
Qualifications:
Early Childhood Development Diploma (two year) or Level 3 (an asset) or equivalent
2-3 of administrative and managerial experience
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict and negotiate solutions
Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, support and lead a team
A strong knowledge and experience in financials and budgeting with experience with accounting software Simply Accounting is an asset
Knowledge of Payroll duties
Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems
Knowledge of Saskatchewan Child Care Regulations and Licensing Requirements
Current 1st Aid and Level C CPR certification
Current cleared criminal record check
Completed tuberculosis test with negative result
