Description

Duties;
- Prepare for the dishes such as chopping vegetables, breaking down, cutting or    grinding meat, weighing and mixing ingredients, washing and preparing vegetables during nights or early mornings
- Rinse and cuts raw food products
- Wash work tables, cupboards and appliances
- Assist cook as required
- Portion and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to customers, and package take-out food
- Clean all kitchen areas
- Serve finished products to customers
