Prairie Dreams Learning Centre is looking for a
highly motivated hard working individual to join
our team as a casual/call in staff. WE are a mixed
age centre with children from ages 0-12.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
-plan and implement developmentally appropriate
programming for children ages 0-12, which embraces
the vision of play and exploration
-assist children with all neccessary care
routines(diapering, toileting, hygiene, etc)
-ensure the well being and safety of all children
enrolled in the centre
-communicate effectively with families and team
members to support high quality child care
-must posses a willingness to further training
requirements to meet certification where
applicable
-able to work a flexible work schedule to fill in
where required
-work effectively as part of a team
REQUIREMENTS
-possesion of or willing to obtain first aid/cpr
-a current/clear criminal background check
-TB test
-excellent communication skills
-applicants with ECEl/ll will be given preference
over those without
-must have some experience working with children
or in a childcare setting
-must be reliable
-must be 18yrs or older
