Adecco is currently recruiting for one of their top clients a Agile Scrum Master to work in Regina.  Primary job duties and responsibilities will be to lead two (2) SCRUM teams for the client's Project Iniatives.  The Scrum Master will be working with the Project Manager and assist with managing the deliverables of the project.  Main focus will be on the Scrum Team while the Project Manager will focus on the external factors and scopte management.  

The Scrum Master must have the following qualifications  and skills:
- Experience working with Iteration Planning
- Experience with release planning
- Experience with running team Retrospective Sessions
- Excellent Meeting Facilitation Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
Ideal candidate will also have experience with running two scrum teams at the same time.  The Agile Scrum Master Job is located in Regina and is a contract position starting right away until January 2015.  If you are interested and qualified for this position please apply online at www.adecco.ca
