FRONT OFFICE STAFF OPPORTUNITY!

We are looking for an enthusiastic Front Office
Staff to join our team!

Quality Hearing Centre, located in Saskatoon, Sk.
serves the needs of the hearing impaired and
provides a better quality of life for our
community. We have a unique patient base and think
of them as family. We are in need of a full-time
Front Office Staff team member. This position will
afford the opportunity to grow with an
organization for the right person joining our
team.

The Front Office Staff is the first point of
contact for Patients.  Responsibilities will
include:
    Greeting patients
    Answering the phones
    Scheduling appointments
    Completing administrative processing
    Record keeping
        Multi-tasker

We are seeking an individual who is personable and
naturally friendly, bright and inquisitive and an
excellent communicator.  

Qualifications:
    A high school graduate.  Prefer an
Associates degree in administrative, accounting,
sales or especially a customer oriented field or
equivalent work experience.
    Excellent interpersonal skills that allow
effective working relationships with a diverse
customer, colleague, and vendor population.  This
includes listening, sales, and problem solving
skills.
