Harvest Community has been operating in the Kronau district, east of Regina, since 1975. It is dedicated to improving the life of adults with intellectual disabilities by providing a day program and a recreation program in a fulfilling environment. Harvest Community is based on the belief in God and the dignity of human life.

The Acting Executive Director will provide leadership and management in all aspects of Harvest Communitys operations, including programming, facilities management, budget, finances, audits, funding applications and Board of Directors support.  The position requires significant interaction and interpersonal relationships with suppliers, customers, internal and external, human resource management and forming a meaningful relationship with Program Participants.
