Description

Meadow Lake Native Urban Housing Corp is a locally owned, non profit, rental housing agency with a portfolio of 144 units.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
-Budgeting for the operation, administration and maintenance of 144 rental units
-Corporation investments: mortgage financing and renewals
-Estimating for maintenance programs
-Working with government agencies
-Reporting to Board of Directors
-Supervision of staff
-Must have own reliable vehicle
-Travel to out of town meetings a must
-Possess a Business Administration Diploma/Degree

Applicant should possess experience and/or training in rental housing, accounting, excellent communication skills and working with the public. Working with people of Aboriginal ancestry would be an asset.
-Three references required (no relatives)
-CIPC must also be provided
-Salary depending on training and experience
