Description

The Regional Manager is responsible for providing leadership, direction and support to all kiosks within the region. The incumbent for this position will plan, implement and drive operations to ensure consistent operating execution, growth and sustainability for easyfinancial. The need to communicate correct policies, procedures, and protocol while managing issues and overcoming obstacles is imperative to the success of this position. Talent management responsibilities include hiring, developing and re attaining talent along with developing succession plans and proactively managing performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

Exceptional customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills are required
5+ years or relevant experience managing multiple locations
2-3 years of prior credit/collections experience is preferred or 2-3 years of prior experience in the pay day loan industry is preferred
2-3 years in the consumer loan industry is preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Solid negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations
Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel software applications and previous experience with loan approval software
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Valid provincial drivers license and your own vehicle is required
Must have demonstrated skills in the following areas: leadership, coaching and counseling, budgeting, negotiating and financial understanding.
Decisive and hands-on leader with the ability to influence and interface effectively at all levels
Perform well under regular pressure to meet deadlines, quotas and/or must frequently deal with difficult issues related to process
Exceptional sales and management skills along with strong math skills
Ability to travel on a continual basis to the stores
