The guest experience host (bellman) provides our guests with car service, luggage assistance, concierge type duties, delivery of room service, guest room deliveries and handle guest inquiries to the best of your ability. You must be well versed in city activities and happenings in order to be successful in this role.
The guest experience host will be a support for the various departments of the James Hotel in order to execute exceptional service to our guests during their stay. You will maintain the lobby and front entrance to create an inviting welcome.
In order to maximize hours the individual must have flexible availability (weekdays/evenings/weekends). This position will continue into the fall; therefore students may not be considered for this position.
Experience in hotel operations would be a definate asset.
