North Ridge Renovations is currently hiring Carpenters.  Reporting to the Site Superintendent, the purpose of the Carpenter position is to support the Site Superintendent in the successful completion of home renovation projects and make the home perfect prior to turnover to the client.  

Your main Tasks and Responsibilities will include:

- Knowledge of all types of residential construction processes.
- Well rounded knowledge in all areas of home renovations.
- Ability to read plans, review takeoffs & maintain schedules.
- Willing to take direction and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Professionalism is a must.
- Strong work ethic and integrity are a must in this position.

Education and Experience:

- 3 years of experience in construction industry including all finishing aspects.
- Good understanding of housing mechanics including appliances, plumbing, heating, flooring and structural elements.
- Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Key Competencies:

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions from hot to cold.
- Self motivated.- Positive attitude.
