Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager for our install and service Branch in Saskatoon!

Reporting to the President/CEO, the Branch Manager is responsible for managing operations within the branch to maximize return on investment and establish objectives for the store to achieve performance expectations.

You will be accountable for:
- Developing effective relationships with customers, suppliers and employees at the branch and in the community; Managing the daily operations of the branch, recognizing what is in the best interest of the branch and Company;  Building and maintaining a culture of grassroots-level of customer service; Working with field technicians to continuously improve and expand expertise and field-level customer experience;
Ensuring increased sales and profitability while maintaining a focus on creating a positive work environment

Education and/or Experience:
Applicants considered must have a minimum of 3 years construction industry experience in a leadership position with a clear understanding  of the construction sub-trade industry;  Applicants must have a Bachelors Degree in business management or equivalent; You are highly energetic, organized, technical, mechanical and driven with excellent interpersonal communication skills; You have a remarkable ability to understand and execute corporate goals and direction; You adapt well to changing business conditions and continuous growth.
