If you are qualified for our Service Writer position in Lloydminster, we are offering a full time one-year contract position. Wages start from $21 - $22/hour depending on experience and qualifications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and on-time reports and records for service department operations;
Open and close work orders;
Ensure proper support exists for each work order;
Process warranty claims;
Maintain service department records, update customer profiles, maintain department accessories and supplies, and prepare efficiency reports.
Convey job information to both customer and employer
Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service
Strong organizational skills
Experience in service department in a similar role
Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports
Great understanding of agricultural/mechanical/technical terms is preferred
Ability to communicate effectively one-on-one and within a group
Excellent computer skills
