As we grow and expand into new and exciting areas of the Agricultural Industry, our need for talented, dedicated people also grows.  If you are qualified for our Service Writer position in Lloydminster, we are offering a full time one-year contract position.  Wages start from $21 - $22/hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

    Maintain accurate and on-time reports and records for service department operations;
    Open and close work orders;
    Ensure proper support exists for each work order;
    Process warranty claims;
    Maintain service department records, update customer profiles, maintain department accessories and supplies, and prepare efficiency reports.
    Convey job information to both customer and employer

Qualifications:

    Exceptional customer service
    Strong organizational skills
    Experience in service department in a similar role
    Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports
    Great understanding of agricultural/mechanical/technical terms is preferred
    Ability to communicate effectively one-on-one and within a group
    Excellent computer skills
