The Sales Coordinator reports to the president of the Company, and provides support to the Sales Staff. The Sales Coordinator is the key person involved in executing marketing and advertising initiatives.
Duties
Ongoing Inventory List/In Stock.
On order list.
Set up sales promotions and product sales.
Procure and coordinate advertising.
Maintain an appropriate supply of collateral material.
Ensure warranties are properly registered.
Effectively deal with franchisors.
Distribute surveys to customers.
Complete Thank You Letters for customers.
Prepare quotes, keeping files in order on monthly basis hard copy & binder.
Quote status meetings.
Serial Numbers.
Purchase agreements.
Prepare proposals.
Spreadsheet on the PTs.
Tender sites searching/filtering.
Conduct Contract Review meetings/Sale order meetings.
Coordinate and monitor the effective delivery of goods to customers.
Arrange for payment of finished goods.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
Coordinate shipping.
Develop and maintain a catalog of equipment and services offered by WRT Equipment.
Compile manuals/CDs.
Requirements
1-3 years related experience.
Must hold and maintain a Valid Drivers License.
