We have a full-time permanent position open for a Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant in Saskatoon. We are looking for individuals seeking a career with a growing company which is expanding its presence in the Canadian market, and offers a challenging dynamic environment that rewards ability, diligence and involvement.
Description:
We are looking for a self motivated individual to join our Team.  At least half of the time the successful applicant will be responsible for various administrative tasks including order processing, processing returns, filing, and accounts receivable activities. The successful applicant will also receive training on our wide range of ergonomic products and given the tools to answer inquiries and provide core information to our clients via phone and internet. All staff have the responsibilities of taking inbound calls and online orders and seeking to proactively engage and educate customers on a variety of product usage details, and correct ergonomic function.  In many cases this may include identifying the needs of the individual and referring them to the most appropriate staff member.  Regular interaction with all staff (Product Specialists, Customer Service Specialists, Returns Personnel, Warehouse Personnel) will be necessary to perform the assigned tasks effectively.  Ongoing quality control regarding product information, pricing and availability on the web site and on internal resources is also integral to this role.  Facility in professional communication both written and verbally to effectively convey policies, procedures and requirements along with product usage and applicability over the phone is required.
