Procurement Admin Assistant (Based Jansen Mine Site or in Saskatoon) and Reports to: Contracts & Procurement Manager
The Procurement Admin Assistant is responsible for greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, parcel pick-ups, filing, recording meeting minutes, reporting and performing general administrative and clerical duties in a courteous and professional manner.
The Procurement Admin Assistant will demonstrate DMC's core values of: Zero Harm to health, safety and the environment, win-win relationships based on shared risk and rewards as well as investing in the growth and development of our people.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
High school Diploma
Valid driver's licence
A minimum of 3 years of experience with similar roles and responsibilities
Good written and oral communication skills
Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft office and Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills
