Experience in field service scheduling in the residential home or business-to-business industry is required. Personal or career experience in the carpentry or mechinical trades is prefered.
Experience in using Microsoft-based software including Word, Excel, Outlook (Calendaring and Email) is essential. Excellent communication skills is necessary to apply for this position.
You will be responsible to plan and schedule multiple customer service requests and customer orders on a daily basis. You will assist in facilitating and coordinating these requests and
orders with our installation and service teams throughout the province.
You will also be responsible to allocate resources such as equipment, trucks, tools, trailers, etc. to such customer requests and orders on an as needed basis.
