Description

PARTNERS Family Services is a non-profit charitable organization that serves Humboldt and Area. We believe in building healthy families and communities to prevent interpersonal violence and abuse.

We are currently seeking applications for the Before and After School Program Coordinator positions.
Duties Include:
1.    Provide Administration
a.    Plan, organize and advertise all program activities
b.    Be responsible for all financial budgeting of the program activities and registrations with assistance of the ED, book keeper and  administration assistant
c.    Receive payments from all program registrants
d.    Communicate and provide written documentation regarding registrations
e.    Refer families to appropriate agents to meet the identified needs of the family
2.    Programming
a.    Work collaboratively and professionally with the school personnel where the B & A program is occurring
b.    Develop and deliver age appropriate activities to program participants.
c.    Schedule and be responsible for all programming activities.
d.    Recruit, schedule and supervise the program support workers
e.    Evaluate the program through questionnaires and verbal feedback and provide monthly reports to the ED
f.    Provide a written report at the end of the year for the program or as requested by the ED
g.    Ensure safety and cleanliness of the program environment
h.    Ensure all policies and procedures for program are followed by children, staff and parents.
i.    Communicate any issues with ED
3.    Respect the confidentiality of clients, staff and board of directors in support of the confidentiality agreement of the organization that is to be signed by the employee upon hiring.


Required Qualifications: Early Childhood Education, satisfactory Criminal Record Check, Vulnerable Sectors and Child Abuse Registry Check, First Aid Training, Combination of Education and Experience conducive to the position
