Adecco Saskatoon is currently looking for a full time permanent Sales and Service Coordinator, in Saskatoon, SK. Our client has been a major player in the automotive industry for over 30 years and services thousands of customers across Canada. In this position you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of support and customer service while organizing and maintaining all aspects of the ordering process on a local and national level. We are looking for an individual with exceptional organizational skills who can coordinate the day to day operations and assist in the warehouse when needed. The ideal candidate will have superior customer service skills and have experience working in a warehouse environment. Our client offers competitive wages with a strong benefits and bonus incentives.
Responsibilities for the Sales and Service Coordinator will include;
- Ensure a high level of support and customer service to customers
- Organize and maintain all aspects of the ordering process from a local and national level
- Ensure accurate coordination or day to day operations
- Assist in the warehouse (receiving, stocking, inventory control etc) as needed
- Ensure effective support to the branch
- Assist with HR and Health and Safety initiatives and activities
Qualifications Include;
- Working knowledge of the Automotive or Industrial industries, an asset
- Superior customer service skills
- Proven organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
- Intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Office; Word and Excel, Outlook
- Able to maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Able to trouble shoot, identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritizing skills
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
