Our Regina Client has a job available for a Customer Service Representative.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join and grow with our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree from a recognized post-secondary institution, however are open minded to applicants that many have a college diploma and or industry experience. Any candidates MUST HAVE superior aptitude, passion, willingness to learn and ability to provide world class customer service.
Our Client believes in the growth and development of their teammates. This position will have the opportunity to progress into a Project Management, Operations Management and/or Outside Account Management role provided they meet the requirements.
Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative position will include:
-Managing large industrial projects including but not limited to; identifying opportunities, bidding, sourcing material, coordinating freight and delivery, handling any project issues and client requests.
-Reports industry trends, competitive pricing and customer feedback to management.
-Identifies ways for continuous improvement of processes.
-Receive inbound sales/client calls; develop and maintain ongoing relationships with all customers.
-Source material and price according to market while considering profitability and customer satisfaction.
-Handle customer inquiries throughout the project and research answers if required.
Qualifications
-Bachelor degree or relevant post-secondary education is preferred.
-Strong technical aptitude is ideal.
-One to three years of inside sales experience is an asset with a strong focus on customer relationship management.
-Attention to detail is critical.
-Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and other basic computer skills.
-Ability to work in a team environment.
