Description

The Clinic Manager separates our clinical practitioners from the clinics administration duties. Specific Job Description: Maintain a high level of confidentiality. Report to Director of Operations on a weekly basis. Monitor and provide solutions, both administrative and operational, regarding clinic facilities and equipment, computer systems and technology, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. HIPA: Monitoring employees regarding HIPA regulations, dealing with breach situation. Operations: Maintain control of patient flow with doctors/allied health care professional, and patients. Help doctors when necessary relating to employee standards, phone support, IT support, and patients flow. Know the Accuro EMR system fluently.  Work with Director of Operations on the day-to-day clinic operations to deliver exemplary patient service. Conduct patient satisfaction surveys; help with marketing strategies. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge of reimbursement regulations and requirements. Serving as liaison between clinic and external agencies. Human Resources: Provide leadership and serve as a role model to instil an organizational culture based upon collaboration, efficiency and commitment to corporate goals. Monitoring standards of performance, policies and procedures between the doctors and staff. Consistently observe the floor and to help whenever necessary. Hiring of employees. Conducting yearly Employee Reviews. Organize and lead a monthly/weekly staff meeting with all employees. Evaluate performance, coach/mentor and encourage individuals towards leadership, innovation and accountability. Maintain an up to date knowledge of human resources policies and best practices. Monitor and ensure effective implementation and administration of benefit programs. Only qualified candidates will be called for an interview
