IEI Industrial Electric & Instrumentation Ltd. was
founded in 1975 and is now supplying the services
of over 50 Electricians and Instrumentation
Technicians. Together with our alliance to Comtech
(Communication Technologies) Ltd, we supply
electrical, instrumentation, automation, and
communication goods and services to several major
oilfield and commercial companies.
With an increasingly busy sector in and around the
cities of Weyburn and Estevan, Saskatchewan, IEI
Industrial Electric & Instrumentation Ltd. is now
accepting applications for a Purchasing
Coordinator in our Estevan location.
The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for the
purchasing activities of IEI and the maintenance
of adequate inventory levels. Activities include,
but are not limited to: approving all purchasing
requests to ensure IEI is obtaining the best
pricing for products required, analyzing supplies
to determine best fit, and preparing, analyzing,
and negotiating request for proposals.

Qualifications:
- University or college degree in a related business field
- Oil & Gas industry experience
- Knowledge of product and service purchasing policies and practices
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with vendors and provide
assistance to various organizational departments
