Working closely with the Postgraduate Program Director (PD) for the Department of Academic Family Medicine (DAFM) and the Departments Residency Program Committee (RPC), the incumbent will facilitate the educational aspects and performance metrics of the Assessment System for Family Medicine. Assist in the evaluation, monitoring and quality improvement process for the residency program, and assist the PD with resident academic matters. The successful candidate will also act as a resource to facilitate residency training programs with remediation and professionalism plans.
