Payroll Administrator
Saskatoon, SK

They are experiencing growth and change, and are looking to add a Payroll Administrator to their team.

The incumbent will consistently demonstrate a high level of drive and commitment.  An excellent communicator, the candidate will possess a positive and confident attitude while sharing in the attainment of common team goals.  Through the acquisition of new competencies, this organization provides opportunities for career advancement.

The Role:

Complete and accurate semi-monthly payroll processing
Company liaison with 3rd party payroll provider and regulatory bodies
Monthly budget variance reporting
General account reconciliation and analysis
Employee travel expense processing
The Ideal Candidate:

Canadian Payroll Association Certification
Minimum of three years payroll experience
Proven understanding of the fundamentals of payroll and accounting principles
Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines
Ability to work independently
Professional Interpersonal skills
Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
Attention to detail ensuring consistent quality output
Aptitude for continuous business process improvement
Bilingualism (written and oral) in French is considered an asset
