Prairie Meats is now accepting applications for an experienced Industrial Meat Cutter.  The Meat Cutter produces quality cuts of meat for our food service customers while following safe handling rules and practices.  In this role, meat cutting tasks include block cutting, saw cutting and meat related production.  A typical day will include cutting, processing and packaging meat, as well as working with a team to meet production goals.

The successful applicant will have 5 or more years of retail or industrial meat cutting experience and be motivated to work in a fast paced, high volume production environment. Experience with a wizard knife will be considered an asset. This position requires a daytime availability from Monday to Friday.
