Casual Maintenance at Lawson Heights Mall is accountable to the Manager of Operations for performance of daily routine minor maintenance and cleaning activities to ensure that the property and its grounds are kept in exceptional condition and are presented favorably.
Key Job Responsibilities
BUILDING INSPECTIONS
Assists with routine inspections and preventative maintenance, routinely performs minor roof maintenance,
Drain and leak inspections to ensure uninterrupted operation of non-vital building systems.
Responsible for log keeping related to building general as well as life and safety systems.
Assists with preventative maintenance of site vehicles and other motorized equipment.
BUILDING MAINTENANCE
Performs minor repairs and installations pertaining to systems of the property ( plumbing, painting, flooring, minor carpentry, special event set ups, etc).
Keeps all maintenance repair logs for the property to ensure uninterrupted operation of building systems.
EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE
Exterior and parking lot upkeep, grounds cleaning, sprinkler system operation and service, garbage pickup, snow removal etc.
Minimum Job Requirements
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in building operations or general maintenance/cleaning.
