Description

Primary Focus  
Provides administration and transactional accounting support of project cost management activities.



Responsibilities  
Provide Project Execution Leads with real time project cost information (Time & Material and Lump sum).


Maintain and communicate project cost processes.


Administer Contracts processing including progressive invoicing, holdback management, and status reporting.


Administer Work Order processing including invoice processing, holdback management, and status reporting.


Liaise with Accounts Payable to ensure Enbridge accounting standards are met.


Obtain procurement document approvals in accordance with Enbridges Authorities and Spending Limits.


Communicate with field inspectors and contractors to ensure financial control processes are current and correct.


Assist Project Execution Leads with other project administration duties as required.



Qualifications  
Some post secondary accounting training.


Minimum two years experience within Accounts Payable or Contracts environment.


Experience with Oracle Financials would be an asset, intermediate Excel user required.


Good communication, interpersonal, organizational and team skills.


Very detail oriented.


Ability to effectively manage and prioritize workload, bring issues forward and develop working relationships at all levels of the organization.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
