Description

A customer focused Shop Foreman is needed to lead an experienced team of Heavy Equipment Technicians in Lloydminster.  This role will be responsible for customer service, scheduling work and supervising a team of mechanics in a busy shop.  Mechanics will be primarily working on Construction Equipment including but not limited to loaders, dozers, excavators, articulated haul trucks and backhoes.  Those with a Journeyman Heavy Equipment Certificate with previous supervisory experience will excel in this role as the company often promotes from within. Relocation assistance will be provided on a case by case basis.

Days, 8:00am  5:00pm, flexibility is required to work additional or fluctuating hours.

$36.00 - $42.00/hour.  Efficiency bonus (around $7,000 - $15,000/year), benefits and RRSP plan are also available on top of the base wage.
