Description

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Responsible for developing the auto channel in your assigned territory.  The candidate will be expected to achieve the annual sales volume and penetration objectives set out for the territory.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for the development of sales activity through the automotive market within your specific territory;
- Responsible for managing your territory, in a professional fashion, and for achieving your annual business plan;
- Responsible for implementing key company strategies within your territory;
- Responsible for implementing and managing an effective communication channel for pertinent company information within your territory;
- Responsible for managing the development of your territory in an effective, cost efficient manner;
- Negotiates, draws up and finalizes all contractual arrangements;
- Participates in weekly-monthly-quarterly sales meetings as required;
- Follow up with operations team/web integration & production team when required;
- Will attend training as required;
- Carry out, according to need, any other related task.  


REQUIREMENTS

- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years direct selling experience.
- Auto channel experience is a requirement.
- Must possess a valid drivers license.
- Overnight travel may be required, as determined by your manager.
- Excellent knowledge of both English and French, both oral and written (When required).

SKILLS

- Must possess excellent communication skills including the ability to make effective presentations.
- Must possess efficient time management skills.
- Must be a self-motivator, ambitious, high energy individual.
- Must have a hunter style approach to selling.
