Do you want to make a difference? Ranch Ehrlo Society is hiring full-time, part-time, and casual Personal Support Workers in Regina to contribute to the quality of life of our adult and young adult clients with multiple, complex developmental needs.

This is a job that requires personality. We want you to express your sense of humour, to be active and flexible, and to expect the unexpected.

You may work with a small group of adults, or may be paired with only one resident. Your shifts may be spent accompanying clients to specialists appointments, assisting clients with daily living tasks, or socializing and integrating them into community activities and events. As a PSW, you will be a significant support and play an active role in the lives of residents whom you work with.

Applicants:
- Experience in providing care to youth and adults is required.
- Must be able to attend mandatory training from September 8 to 12, 2014
- Candidates must understand or willing to learn intervention techniques that are consistent with a psychosocial developmental problem-solving approach.
- You must be willing to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Responsibilities include dispensing medications, report writing, taking job related training, and implementing treatment plans.
- Must have a class 5 novice 2 drivers license, a criminal record check that meets agency criteria, and related post secondary educations is an asset.

The agency offers competitive wages, a comprehensive benefits package, pension plan, family days, and enhanced vacation plan.Hourly wages for casuals is $18.00 to $20.06 depending on education and experience; part-time and full-time $20.26 to $23.16 depending on education and experience.
