Weidner Investment Services is NOW HIRING for a Maintenance Technician! The responsibilities for this position are getting apartments ready for occupancy, responding to service calls, repairing and maintaining electrical, plumbing, HVAC and small/large appliances, light carpentry work and some exterior/interior painting.
To qualify for this position you need to have some experience in a maintenance related field, strong verbal communication skills, a set of tools, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
