Family Service Saskatoon is seeking a full time Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) Coordinator. This position is responsible for the coordination and development of the University of Saskatchewans EFAP as determined by Family Service Saskatoon.
Including:
Liaison with University committees, staff and management.
Coordination of University of Saskatchewan EFAP Services
Maintaining Accreditation standards
Preparation of quarterly and other timely reports
Focusing on an Integrated Wellness approach to services
Coordination of onsite EFAP clinical and administrative personnel
Professionally represent Family Service Saskatoon to the University EFAP
The ideal candidate will have a Masters Degree in social work, psychology or other related Degree, five years of supervised clinical experience plus additional experience in human resource management, organizational development, and possess strong communication skills. A business background would be an asset. Competency in computer skills is required. A criminal record verification, vulnerable sector records check plus a child abuse registry check will be required.
Salary: Full-time (35 hours a week) following the agencys approved salary grid. Excellent benefits package offered.
