Take a lead role in your divisions customer service team, with a focus on our partners experience. Collaborate with your leadership team as you support team members across Canada in delivering national lending programs.
What youll do:
lead a high-performing customer service team by managing performance and development
coach lending support employees on administrative operations, computer systems and reporting
ensure compliance with office teams on audits, arrears and other reports
manage daily operations among diverse lending streams while working with other departments to deliver seamless front-line work with Alliance partners
What were looking for:
a strong communicator with sound judgment and decision-making skills
a leader and mentor who builds effective relationships and partnerships
a solution-focused approach and a drive to succeed
the ability to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment
What youll need:
a degree in administration or business and at least three years of related experience (or equivalent)
a proven track record in agricultural or commercial financial services
an understanding of accounting and legal documentation
strong leadership and organizational skills
