We are looking for a dynamic enthusiastic individual to fill the position of "Recreational Sales Lead" for a well established motor sports dealer in Lloydminster. The company is a friendly, service-orientated dealership and develops long term partnerships with customers based on fairness, trust and integrity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Contact customers using contact lists
Selling merchandise
Research products to meet customer needs
Customer service
Organize and participate in special events
Use of social media to promote/advertise business and products
Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
Evaluate trade in units
Develop and implement marketing strategies
Resolve customer complaints
Merchandising, basic invoicing and daily duties of branch
May participate in selection of candidates for hire
May assign job duties
Qualifications:
2 years of sales experience preferably in motor sports
Must be a power sports enthusiast
Education related to power sports an asset
Excellent organizational communication skills
Detail oriented and problem solving skills
Exceptional computer skills and ability to learn new software
Benefits after 3 months of service
Hours will range between Monday and Saturday normally but could vary dependent on special events and seasons.
