We have an opportunity for an experienced or aspiring grain merchandiser/trading professional to join our dynamic team. This position holds primary responsibility for business relationships with key accounts along with the capacity to identify and act on new business opportunities while balancing profitability, market share and customer service.

To qualify, you will have a degree in Business, Agriculture or a similar discipline, ideally supplemented with several years of trading and agribusiness experience. Equivalent combinations of related education and experience will be considered. Proven ability to approach new business initiatives and opportunities, combined with effective negotiating and risk assessment skills are a requirement. Leaderships skills coupled with experience developing marketing programs and working within a global results focused merchandising/trading team are an asset.
