Jubilee Residences requires a full time Director of the Porteous Lodge Care Team. This is a senior leadership position that reports to the Vice
President of Quality Care. This posiiton is supported by the Director of Human Resources, along with the Director of Staff Development and
Therapies and the Director of Quality Improvement. A unit assistant provides clerical support. The position is accountable for quality health services,
family and resident directed care. Porteous Lodge provides long term care to 100 residents. We believe companionship and dignity are essential
aspects of quality care. We promote respect, sensitvity and strive towards creating a caring community and a wonderful place to call home.

5 years managerial experience that includes HR, LR, budget development, analysis of capital, supply and salary budgets, resources allocation and utilization, establishment and maintenance of practice standards. Supervision and direction within a unionized environment, quality improvement, scheduling, strategic planning and risk management.
