Reporting directly to the Customer Care Manager, the Customer Care Associate will have a natural ability to develop relationships and handle calls in a friendly and professional manner. They will be motivated, outgoing, tech- savvy individuals with strong problem solving skills and the ability to think on their feet.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Answering customer calls and providing support for all Jump.ca products and services
Qualifying and closing telephone and online sales
Responding to inquiries and keeping customers up to date with important information
Understanding the latest technology trends
Some administrative duties, as required
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Qualifications:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Previous customer service and/or sales experience is an asset
