Prairie Plant Systems, a leader in plant based technologies, is seeking self-driven individuals to join the project management team. As the Company continues to grow at an exponential pace, the candidate will assist plumbers and/or pipefitters performing mechanical installation work. This person must be able to work under tight deadlines.
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate with PPS Mechanical General Foreman to configure pipe system layout.
Assemble materials and testing at job site.
Install supports, hangers, and pipe.
Cut, thread, and roll groove pipes according to pipe system specs.
Secure pipes to walls and fixtures using brackets, clamps, or tools.
Qualifications
Registered under Saskatchewan Plumber and/or Pipe Fitter Apprenticeship program. No preference on year of apprenticeship.
Fall arrest, man lift/scissor lift, forklift, zoom boom, or bobcat experience all considered assets.
Wage will be based on skill levels and education. Incumbents will be required to pass a Government of Canada Security check, a criminal record check, a pre-employment drug test, and must hold Canadian Citizenship or Landed Immigrant Status.
