Description

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining the external and internal public relations and publicity of the hotels under the management of VJ Management Inc. The candidate shall perform the following job duties:

    Understand the needs of different market segments and assist in developing and implementing strategies and programs to support top line objectives
    Take a pro-active role in supporting marketing efforts aimed at maximizing all hotels revenue
    Identify, develop and cultivate key media targets to maintain processional relationship
    Develop and execute innovative PR and publicity program that will increase awareness and positive perception of the hotels, and provide post-event analysis
    Ensure all hotels promotions are in keeping with each hotels image
    Write and produce presentations and press releases, design and produce brochures, newsletters, holiday and seasonal promotional materials
    Build and manage online press room, manage and supervise the collection of feedback
    Deal with enquires from regular consumer, the public, the press, and related organizations
    Liaise with regular clients and business owners to support their respective activities
    Liaise with chamber of commerce, economic development groups, merchant associations and non-profit organizations, provide support to local community activities, creating and maintaining the public perception that our hotels are valued members of local community
