Duties
Represent DEL in Saskatchewan to support truck equipment and accessory sales and service
Liaison between customer and the company to recommend appropriate applications and solutions to meet their needs
Expand market opportunities for existing as well as new customers
Provide customers with product solutions, proposals and detailed quotes as well as regular follow up to previous quotes, meetings and sales
Prepare and conduct presentations as well as maintain customer relationships
Develop and implement an annual sales plan to support both new and existing customers
Participate in weekly planning meetings and regularly update customer information database
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in the automotive/heavy equipment/construction industry
Post secondary education in mechanical/automotive/equipment with good knowledge of trucks, truck equipment, hydraulics and electrical is a benefit
Previous experience with both direct end-user customers and truck dealer networks would be an asset
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) and high-trust relationships
Results driver with strong sales discipline, organizational skills and passion for our products
Excellent negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills
Cooperative and adaptable to changing priorities with a sense of urgency
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Willing and able to travel as required and possess a valid drivers license with clean abstract
Trucking class license an asset
