To ensure the highest possible level of occupancy without sacrificing the average daily rate. Maintain the highest pssible service standards and ensure each guest has a positive experience. Oversee all aspects of the day to day operation of the front desk, including night audit; ensure staff are completing duties and following procedures; assist the GM with the production of the annual hotel market plan; prepare monthly and annual marketing, promotional and operating budgets; recruit, train, schedule and supervise front desk and security personnel; maintain wage cost; complete necessary payroll and HR documents pertaining to department personnel; attend monthly department manager meetings; prepare monthly report for the GM; may be other duties assigned by the GM.
