Kellys Computer Works seeks a qualified, energetic and able-bodied individual to add to their team as a permanent full-time repair technician. This individual will be responsible for in-store and on-site repair of computers and related peripherals. This person will also be responible for Telus/Koodo Mobility sales, activations as well as troubleshooting. They must be adept at dealing with customers both in person and on the telephone on a daily basis. KCW is an extremely busy and fast paced environment that requires quick thinking. Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication skills are essential.
Qualified applicants will have 1-2 years experience dealing with the public in sales or service setting. Computer repair and mobility industry training is provided, but a strong interest and knowledge of either industry is necessary and previous experience is preferred. A valid Class 5 drivers license (abstract required) and criminal record check is required. Consideration will only be given to Canadian residents.
