Job Function:
The primary function of the Store Manager is to oversee and engage in all aspects of sales, marketing, and general management of the EnviroWise retail store.
The ideal candidate will be a leader who has retail sales experience. An individual who is hard working, has a solid record of exceeding expectations, and is passionate about the environment and environmentally friendly products would excel in this role. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to grow an established business in Saskatoon.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Overseeing all sales and marketing campaigns for the store.
Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
Responsible for stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
Ensuring standards for quality, customer service, and product knowledge of staff
Responding to customer complaints and comments
Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues
Dealing with sales, as and when required;
Other duties as required by management.

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Great Presentation skills in delivering product knowledge to customers
Quick learner and a self-starter
Knowledge of various biotechnology product is an asset
Education and work experience Requirements
Education
Must have a high School Diploma
Bachelor of Business Administration is preferred
Work Experience
Must have three to five years of retail experience
Prior experience in biotechnology products is strongly considered
Hours of operation: Monday to Friday 10:00 am till 6:00 pm
