Reporting to the Director, Business Development, this position is accountable for all aspects of strategic customer engagement associated with the identification and development of new business opportunities, including the following:
- Proactively build solid business relationships with prospective customers and leverage those relationships to create successful new business opportunities
- Through market research and thorough analysis of customer needs, identify the best strategies for corporate growth, with a focus on maximizing business profitability, strengthening relationships with key accounts, and enhancing customer value
- Lead cross-functional teams through complex sales cycles to develop effective business solutions that meet client needs
- Close beneficial business deals, which provide added value to the customer while contributing to the organizations financial success
- Occasional travel will be required
