Winmar, a division of D W Wallace Construction, is currently looking for a permanent, full time Manager.
The job duties include:
- Construction, maintenance/repair, renovation, property restoration
- Estimating (Use of the Xactimate Estimating Program - experience preferable but will train)
- Leading & managing a team
- Company management duties as set out by senior management
- Co-ordinating trades
- Meeting with clients
- Experience is necessary
- Permanent, full time
- Respond to emergencies on a 24 hour on call basis
- Perform the work required in construction trades and related activities
- Perform any other duties and assume any other responsibilities as required or assigned by senior management
