2 part time term positions to December 31, 2014
Summary:
Reporting to the Softlines Department Manager, a Footwear Outfitter will work within a team to create a world class shopping experience for our customers through exceptional product knowledge and outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in finding merchandise and making buying decisions by determining customer needs and recommend the best solutions;
Understand and provide information concerning products, technical features and  benefits to the customer;
Performs general cleaning duties including vacuuming and dusting;
Provides information and direction to customers;
Stay current with new trends and emerging technologies and a passion for the outdoors.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of the outdoors and related activities;
One or more years in sales or service environment;
Able to communicate with various business contacts and customers in a courteous and professional manner;
Excellent communication skills and customer focus;
Physical able to stand for extended periods, and to move and handle boxes of merchandise;
Knowledge of Cabelas specific products is an asset.
