Duties
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, Wakayos Developments Ltd., this position is primarily responsible for the day-to-day activities of the finance function for the LBB Gas & Convenience.  This includes ensuring that the financial system is organized, effective and efficient; and produces accurate financial and management accounts.
Duties include:
-    Preparing budgets, forecasts and cash flows
-    Maintaining financial ledgers and accounting processes?
-    Preparing monthly income statements and balance sheets?as required
-    Producing statutory and internal financial reports as required
-    Implementing and maintaining appropriate systems and internal controls
-    Preparing and distributing payroll ?
-    Writing cheques in accordance with invoices received
-    Preparing variance reports on a quarterly basis
-    Preparing all documentation for the audit
-    Performing any other assigned duties requested by the Manager or Board of Directors
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
-    Degree in finance or accounting
-    Minimum of five years? experience in finance or accounting position
-    Combination of education and experience will be considered

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
-    Knowledge of finance, accounting and budgeting
-    Advanced proficiency in Accpac accounting software
-    Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections
