Description

We are currently looking for the right individual to step into our Office Manager role.

Duties include but are not limited to:
    Overseeing of office operations.
    Provide support to Office staff & Management as require.
    Maintain/complete/supervise data entry into administrative software programs i.e. Sage 50 Accounting, information databases and spreadsheets.
    Maintain & Complete payroll, payroll source deductions, corporate tax, PST, GST, WCB, benefit plan, Cortex, RRSP information databases and spreadsheets.
    Compose, amend and proof read documents, correspondence, and letters.
    Set up and/or maintain record management systems including confidential information.
    Make recommendations and/or implement improvements to work methods within the office.
    Provide accounting reports and information on a timely basis to CEO.

Qualifications:
    Accounting certificate an asset.
    Combined experience/education in Bookkeeping, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Accounting practice.
    Excellent computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, Cortex, Sage 50 Accounting Software.
    Superior written & verbal communication skills, grammar, spelling etc., possess good organizational skills.
    WCB, Benefit Administration & ROE.
    Saskatchewan & Alberta Labour Standards knowledge.
    The ability and willingness to grow and learn with the growth of the company.
    The ability to multitask, take self-initiative and work efficiently with little supervision.
    Confidentiality a must.
